We provide full  ISO Registration services to include, training, pre-audits, document reviews, and final Registration with Certification.   PROFESSIONAL GRADE QUALIFICATIONS Patrick Hughes is a Quality Consultant for all aspects of ISO 9000, Malcolm Baldrige, and 10CFR50, Appendix B., for the construction, manufacturing, engineering, oil, gas, and nuclear industries. He specializes in the creation and renovation of ISO programs and serves as a personal coach for executives and the upwardly mobile. He was an officer with the U.S. Army for twenty years, thirteen of which were spent in nuclear weapons activities. He retired in 1981 to work for Brown and Root as a government contracting manager. After that he moved to the nuclear power industry, Gulf States Utilities, Mid South Utilities, ENTERGY Inc., Northeast Utilities, etc, and served in various quality and compliance assignments for fifteen years until his second retirement in the spring of 1996. He then served as CEO for International Consulting Engineers (INCE) until he resigned to pursue Consulting work. His formal education consists of a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Math,  from Virginia Military Institute, and both a Diploma and a Masters degree in Staff and Administration from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. His certifications and qualifications make him one of the most technically qualified consultants and include: ASQ CERTIFIED LEAN SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT; One of about three in Louisiana Registered Professional Electrical Engineer, (P.E.), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Registered (RAB) ISO 9000 Lead Auditor, Registered (RAB) EMS 14000 Auditor, Membership in American Mensa Ltd. He has presented papers at two national conferences of the American Society for Quality (ASQ). He is an experienced Louisiana Quality Award examiner. He was  District Director for the Louisiana District of Eight Chapters of SCORE, the Service Corps of Retired Executives, a subsidiary of the Small Business Administration, Past  Chairman of the Baton Rouge Chapter of the American Society for Quality, and is currently a Lead Auditor (RAB) for several registrars. He has taught Advanced Statistics, Management, Quality, Logical Thinking, and Math at a local college. He is formally registered with the Department of Defense (Central Contractor Register) the Small Business Administration, and Dun and Bradstreet.
